Artists and Photographers...please read this
This is near and dear to my heart.
I've had an artistic river surging through me since childhood.
When I was preparing for my teaching career, I took every art class I could cram in.
After I had taught for a number of years, I returned to Art School. Something inside me just wasn't done.
I began to freelance, do shows, publish greeting cards and anything I could do to earn a time doing the thing I loved.
But then I quit.
Why?
Because I just couldn't make it financially.
I returned to the classroom and brought as much of my creativity into the classroom, and I loved it.
But it was my teaching career that was paying the bills, not my art. The digital age hadn't caught to my artistic entrepreneurial needs, so I did the other thing I loved...teaching and curriculum development.
I want you to have it all.
So often when I'm scrolling through social media, I see the work of one of the many artists I follow and I think to myself, "I'd love to learn how to do that. I wonder if they have a course."
I've taken many online art courses over the years and I love being able to learn from home where all my supplies are.
I have a twin sister who is an extraordinary artist and crafter. She has so much to share with the world and I have implored her to create a digital space where she could share it with the world and teach others.
Her response, "I would love to but I don't know how to do it and I hate technology!"
